Antonio Amado and Graff Digital Arts: Two Decades of Design Collaboration
Some creative partnerships are built overnight — others are forged over decades of shared vision, trust, and artistry. My friendship and professional relationship with Antonio Amado, founder of Graff Digital Arts, falls firmly into the latter category.
We first met over twenty years ago, long before Aero Astro Arts Ltd. became what it is today. Since then, Antonio and I have collaborated across a wide range of projects — from early graphic and product design commissions to large-scale creative campaigns. His studio, Graff Digital Arts, has been an invaluable creative ally throughout Aero Astro Arts’ journey.
A Creative Partnership That Stands the Test of Time
Over the years, Antonio has contributed design and branding expertise to countless work-for-hire projects, helping us bring visual clarity and polish to both client-facing and internal productions. What sets him apart is his ability to adapt — seamlessly shifting between design disciplines while maintaining a strong sense of identity and style.
When Aero Astro Arts began developing its own independent IP portfolio, it felt natural to turn once again to Antonio and his team at Graff Digital Arts. Their eye for striking visuals, bold typography, and memorable logos helped shape the distinctive identities of several of our flagship games.
Iconic Branding for Aero Astro Arts Titles
Antonio’s recent contributions include the branding and visual identity design for three of our key projects:
-
Neo Tokyo Patrol – A sleek, cyberpunk-inspired identity that captures the game’s futuristic police aesthetic while remaining grounded in realism.
-
Noble Order – A regal, heroic visual theme that balances medieval fantasy with a clean modern edge, reflecting the game’s myth-to-history narrative arc.
-
After The Swarm – A bold sci-fi brand identity featuring intricate geometric composition and strong color contrast, evoking both alien menace and human resilience.
Each of these brands embodies a different genre and tone, yet all share a common thread — Graff Digital Arts’ ability to distill complex creative ideas into clear, powerful visual systems. These designs have since become cornerstones of our public-facing identity, appearing in trailers, showcases, and press materials around the world.
The Art of Design as Storytelling
Antonio’s approach to design is deeply narrative-driven. Whether he’s developing a logo, crafting a visual identity, or creating concept art, he works with a storyteller’s mindset — ensuring that every visual choice reinforces the emotional tone and thematic depth of the project.
That’s part of what makes Graff Digital Arts such a strong fit for game development. Their work doesn’t just look good; it communicates. Every line, shape, and color tells part of the story.
A Shared Vision for the Future
Even after two decades of collaboration, our creative synergy continues to evolve. With new IPs and branding opportunities on the horizon, Graff Digital Arts remains a trusted creative partner as Aero Astro Arts expands its portfolio of original games.
Antonio’s versatility — spanning graphic design, illustration, product design, and branding — ensures that no matter the scale or scope of the project, the outcome is always distinctive and industry-ready.
Final Thoughts
Looking back, it’s rare to find collaborators who remain just as inspired and committed twenty years on as they were at the start. Antonio Amado is one of those rare creatives — someone who not only elevates every project he touches but also brings professionalism, reliability, and genuine passion to every collaboration.
For Aero Astro Arts, Graff Digital Arts has been more than a design partner — they’ve been an integral part of our creative DNA.
